‘Gasolina’ es un proyecto que retrata a los aficionados y amantes del motor. Durante los pasados meses he acudido a rallys, carreras en circuitos, slaloms en tierras sin cultivar y un original festival de motos. Me encuentro a personas que provienen de contextos heterogéneos pero con un punto en común: viven por y para quemar gasolina.
Durante un día, sin importar el clima o la distancia todo se centra en el motor. Me fascina este devenir frenético. Para pasar unas pocas horas se llevan a toda la familia y la casa a cuestas: caravanas, barbacoas...
‘Gasolina’ is a project that portrays motor fans and lovers. Over the past few months I have attended rallies, circuit races, slaloms on uncultivated land and an original motorcycle festival. I meet people who come from heterogeneous contexts but with one point in common: they live for and to burn gasoline.
For a day, regardless of the weather or the distance everything is focused on the engine. I am fascinated by this frenetic evolution. To spend a few hours they take the whole family and the house on their back: caravans, barbecues...
